Does the site meet its purpose?
The site does not validate.
I chose for the second page, the HTML tutorial page and it also does not validate.
Main page has 31 Errors and 5 warnings. The second page has 19 Errors and 5 warnings.
I would rate the design a 9, ht layout is smooth and welcoming the only issue I have is accessibility tools are not readily viewable to users.
I would rate usability a 9, while everything seems to be laid out smoothly and the access to different areas is open the accessibility tools are not in an open area to apply them.
Yes, I believe the site meets its purpose; it is to educate people on the various types of code and even allow them to earn certificates.
