I would rate the design of the site a 9, it is simple and the site is not complicated to browse on. You would, however, need to depend on whatever devices accessibility as there is no visible options on the page.
The usability is easy and simple to navigate, there are not a lot of pages so to get to a different meal or their specials then all it takes is going into the menu from the home page. Although when ordering from the website it sometimes can bug out and send you back and reset your order.
The site does meet its purpose, if someone is looking for a easy dinner it is a easy way to select from their menu and order or have it delivered.
